I was a completely professional football player, and my first marathon was through the gym I used to go to. And from then onwards running took over my life.
I was part of the 8 runners crew of the Bombay To Goa Chase run which happened this year in the month if August. It has officially been in the India Books of Records.

Up Close, and Personal
To me, sport is…
life.
On a typical training day,
I eat: dry fruits, eggs, Dal, roti, sabji, curd.
I listen to: a lot of songs.
I recover by: Unived Elite Recovery Mix and Unived Pea Protein Powder.
My idea of an effective weight training session is
a good long run.
The moment when I discovered my athletic potential was
when I was young.
The three biggest lessons I have learnt so far in my athletic career is
1. Never run ultra distance marathons without any practice.
2. Listen to how your body works and responds, running is a long process, it cannot be achieved in one day, so one cannot go all out.
3. Work extremely hard each and every day.
Before a big race, I tell myself
to stay focused and maintain the pace that I have decided to achieve.
The toughest race of my life was
Matheran Endurathon 50k.
The most memorable moment of my sporting career so far
getting facilitated by Milkha Singh for winning a 21km marathon.
My training sanctuary is
Pashan Tekdi.
My dream starting line is
represent India in the Full Marathon distance.
I nourish my soul with
eating healthy.
Unived helps me by…
Recovery Mix and Protein Powder – help me recover fast and effectively with the right amount of protein and carbs intake.
Endurance Gels – I use them during my long training runs and marathons, very effective source for instance energy.
In 2020, I am setting my sights on…
Goals:
Aiming for a PB at Delhi Marathon in February.
Khardungla Challenge followed by Ladakh Marathon in September.
PRBM Marathon in November.

I have chosen to associate with Unived because…
I have been using it for the past 8 months, and it has really benefited me in my running. Right from the recovery mix, to the endurance Gels, to CalDveg tablets, to protein powder, everything has really worked really well with the way my body works and responds.
